Although she may be in the middle of a building site at the moment with the recent roadworks in Sitges, that won’t stop Miss Ruby from opening up this Easter Weekend, starting on Thursday Night with the return of her Cocktail Challenge!

And quite rightly too. With friendly staff, the delightful Ruby and the perfect viewing spot, it is the place to be watch the boys move from bar to bar!

It was a big of a whirl-wind weekend with all of the parties and events happening around town…
Our last stop of the weekend was to Ruby, who was celebrating her very own Birthday (like the Queen she has two)…
Ruby’s terrace is open every day with delicious cocktails and of course that familiar Ruby welcome..
Easter at Ruby’s Terrace was a rather grand affair…with life size bunnies, gourmet pica pica and lots of surprises!
It was Ruby’s second Easter outing… and the bar and terrace are proving especially popular.
