It was a busy Friday night in Sitges!
We visited Bourbons Bar and it was full of boys, bears and more…

Bears week Sitges continues…
Bears week continues this weekend. Sitges is has never seen such a busy September.
Tonight, at Organic, the final of Mr.Bear Sitges takes place from 2.30am.
And last night’s official bear dinner, means that “An Evening with Lady Diamond” will take place this Sunday instead of her normal Friday night slot. Enjoy!
Privilege – Because there’s more than Bears in Sitges..

Gay Beach Party Sitges – Closing Party – Sitges Bears Week.
The final Gay Beach Party took place on Tuesday.
After 3 months of partying, it was time to say goodbye to L’Atlantida for another year.
The Beach Party will return in 2011 with an even bigger line-up of parties.
There were several highs this year.
We had the record breaking “Fiesta Blanca”…
The amazing closing party for Sitges Gay Pride.
Then there were the two spectacular Sunset T Dances…
More than 5,000 people attended La Leche for the closing of Barcelona’s Circuit Festival.
Then there was the Gay Pride Beach Day.
All in all, it was another successful season and great to see visitor numbers up for Sitges.
The Gay Beach Party takes place every Tuesday from mid June to the first week in September.
This year saw the event coincide with Sitges Bears Week..
So there was an interesting mix of people attending the event last night.
It was fun and friendly….
And the perfect way to end the season.
But don’t worry, Sitges still has lots more partying to do before the end of Summer! With the Wine Festival, Santa Tecla, The International Film Festival and the Zombie Walk, there is something for everyone, especially if you want to escape the bad weather in Northern Europe!

Bears Week Sitges 2010 – The Arrival of the Bears…
Sitges Bears’ Week kicked off on Monday night at the “Bearzone”, otherwise know as C.Joan Tarrida.
Even Marypili has been converted into a mini bear-cave for the event.
The crowds gathered early at Parrots Pub and Terrace..
They then made their way to El Horno and XXL for the welcome reception.
Bears from near and far are in Sitges for one of the friendliest weeks in Sitges.
We have bears from all 4 corners of the globe, with a big increase in US visitors this year.
The bears week celebrations continue tonight with a bear-crawl. And there are still some event packs available for sale at XXL from 7pm if you want to join the official celebrations, dinners, beach days and more.
Bears week takes place every September in Sitges.
This year’s event is expected to attract a record number of visitors.
The event culminates in the election of Mr.Bear Sitges at Organic on Saturday night.
And you can expect a lot of bears at the Gay Beach Party tonight – remember it is the closing one!

Sitges Gay Beach Party – Closing Night – Tue 7th September
Tuesday night is the last and final Gay Beach Party of the Season. Its been a record season for the beach party with more visitors from around the world, with highlights including the Decadanse Parties, The Pride closing party, the Beach Days with Circuit and the White Party..one of the hottest events of the Season.
So stay goodbye to the end of Season party on the Tuesday the 7th of September. Check out what last year’s closing party was like to see whats in store for you on Tuesday!
Bears Week Sitges – The lead up…
Bears week officially kicks off on Monday the 6th of September, but if you were in Sitges this weekend you would be forgiven for thinking you were right in the middle of it!
As you walk through Joan Tarrida and hit Bear HQ at XXL and El Horno, be prepared for a wait as you make your way through big guys and their friends and admirers!
Of course, Sitges being Sitges, means that Bears week can be for everyone, but definitely not those faint of heart!
And of course the town also has its regular faces around… it is only September after all…
So you have been warned, the bears are out and about and the streets of Sitges are full.
Of course, when you photo on the street, you will always run in to the inevitable straight Spanish boys on their way home from the bars and clubs…. See you in Sitges! Book now for Bears Week!
Privilege – September in Sitges..
The summer boys keep on coming… and Privilege is definitely one of their favourite spots to be!
Their Saturday night show packed in the punters on Saturday night.
And from speaking to people, it appears there are a lot of first-time visitors this week too… We love Sitges Virgins!
Privilge is open every night from 10pm.
