Lady Diamond’s show returns to Parrots this Friday and will take place weekly until the end of the Summer season. And there’s now one better than to describe the show to you than Lady Diamond herself. Check out her latest blog post here!
As you may or may not know Ben and Pablo have closed the restaurant in its current location as of November 2009.It is and always has been their intention to find a new location and re open as soon as it is possible.
They had hoped that this would be in time for Easter 2010 but things didn’t go as planned and it looks like it will have to be put on hold until spring 2011.Both Ben and Pablo are looking forward to being “Back in the Saddle” and once again serving up a their unique combination of Pablo’s talents in the kitchen and of course Ben’s “Talent” front of house..
In the interim, you can find Lady Diamond at Queenz during the Summer Season (Dates to be announced) and at Parrots Restaurant every Friday Night from the 30th April for An Evening With Lady Diamond.
An Evening With Lady Diamond – her new show in Parrots Restaurant had its opening night on Saturday!
And it was truly an amazing success! The acoustics were perfect and Lady Diamond was in top form!
The event will take place every Friday Night throughout the season! Booking in advance is well advised!

After a brief sojourn in Siam… The one and only Lady Diamond returns this Spring with an opening show at Parrots Restaurant. Entitled “An Evening with Lady Diamond”, the dinner show will take place every Friday Night from 8.30pm until 12.30am.
To celebrate the launch of Lady’s new show in Sitges, a special Premiere Evening takes place this Easter Saturday the 3rd of April at Parrots Restaurant. And as always Lady has a few more surprises up her velvet gloves…. just watch this space!

This weekend we also popped in to Parrots Restaurant. The restaurant is located on C.Joan Tarrida, in between Parrots Hotel and Parrots Pub and is open nightly.
Offering a delicious set menu and a full a la carte option, Parrots Restaurant also boasts an excellent wine list.
The outside terrace is especially popular. Reservations are recommended.
