Bears Week Sitges 2017 – September Edition
Europe’s biggest bear bash returns this September with more than 6,000+ bears and admirers expected to attend! The event takes place from September 1st to 11th 2017.
What started out several years ago as a “small gathering” has turned into one of Europe’s biggest and well-known bear events.
The 11 day event kicks off on Calle Joan Tarrida, the nexus of bear week, where XXL and Bears Bar meet and where the street gets busy for post-Balmins beach drinks from 5.30pm at El Horno.
The party continues well into the night as bears events and parties take place across the town culminating in Organic Disco each night.
During the last 7 nights of the event, the bear village on the seafront opens, with a stage, open air bar and lots of different theme nights, acts and shows!
This event has been getting busier each year and hotel prices are expensive, so book early to get the best deal. Many people looking for a more relaxed event tend to head for the May Bears Week Edition, which is just as much fun but on a quieter scale.
