Cuisine: Royal Thai.
Opened in 2006, Sitthai is the first Royal Thai restaurant in Spain.
Royal Thai Cuisine is the highest level in Thailand’s gastronomic culture. For over seven centuries, these recipes have combined Flavour, texture, aroma, colour and nutritional virtues to the delight of the Royal Thai Family.
Just a few chefs around the world are specifically dedicated to this art which has its secret in preparing meals exactly as they were made, seven centuries before!
As you walk through the doors of Sitthai, you can not help but be impressed by the beautiful decor. Designed by Ignacio García de Vinuesa, the restaurant blends traditional thia features with contemporary design to create a restaurant that is as beautiful as the food it serves.
Sitthai also has an elegant and comfortable lounge where you can lay on the large sofa-beds and enjoy –before or after the dinner- a tea, a coffee, a sweet wine or a delicious cocktail.
The lounge is open non-stop from 6.30pm ‘till 2.00am (from 4.00pm ‘till 2.00am on Saturday and Sunday). There you can taste delicate appetizers made by their che, Tiger, together with a Dry-Martini, a glass of silky white wine or some of their imported beers…
Chill out in an almost magic atmosphere created by the subtile light, the selected music, the relaxing decoration, the incense aromas and their barman Claudio’s exquisite attention.
Whether you choose the outdoor terrace, the roof terrace of the main restaurant,Sitthai will not leave you disappointed. Reservations are recommended both in Low and High Season.
