• Chicken Caesar sunset salad in a light anchovy & peppercorn dressing
• Prawn, calamari and mussel "Vindaloo" curry with cous cous and poppadom
• Chargrilled pizza with prawns, rocket and pesto
• Thai fish cakes on a noodle broth with bok choy, coriander and lemongrass
• Warm goats cheese and raw tuna salad
• Linguine with lobster meat , pine nuts and double roasted garlic

• Indonesian Hokkien noodles with tofu, oriental vegetables and peanut dressing
