What is massage? Massage is the using of hands or mechanical means to manipulate the soft tissues of the body, especially the muscles. It is used for relaxation, stimulation or rehabilitation of the whole or part of the body. All therapies: 45 euros for 1 hour or 65 euros for 1.5 hours.
Traditional Swedish massage
Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage. It uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.
Thai massage
Thai massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure along the body's energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body's energy systems. It is both deeply relaxing and energizing.
Lymphatic Drainage

As part of my full holistic approach to your treatment, your first visit will include a full consultation to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your first and any subsequent treatments with me.
Treatments can vary from a totally relaxing massage session to a more invigorating session that will awaken and revive tired and aching muscles.
My treatment room is situated in the centre of Sitges, close to Pl. Cap. de la Vila where the main pharmacy is situated.
