Friends Fitness, the 10 minute workout is a revolutionary new concept in fitness and has just opened their latest gym in Sitges.

In just 10 minutes their system activates nearly 100% of the muscle fiber, equivalent to 1 hours conventional training, perfect for those who want to spend more time on the beach than in the gym.

The vibrations activate the production of serotonin (the hormone known to boost wellbeing and is also a strong, antidepressant. The vibrations also inhibit the production of cortisol (an excess of which can lead to the build up of stress and tension).
