Located on the former Site of Marypili, Ruby's brings a breath of fresh air into the bar scene in Sitges, not least because of its huge terrace, perfect for people watching and sneaking in the odd cigarette or two (now that Smoking inside of bars is prohibited by law).

Ruby's is open every weekend during the Winter/Spring Season (until end of March). A full schedule of opening times will be available from early April. The Bar and Terrace will be open daily for the Summer Season.
